First week down~
I completed my first week of p90X (mostly)! I’m so proud of myself for sticking to it.
This week’s workout schedule was:
- Mon -
Chest & Back, Ab Ripper X, and 2 mile jog, 30 mins ellipticalSKIPPED - Tues - Plyometrics
- Wed - Shoulders & Arms, Ab Ripper X, and 2 mile jog, 30 mins elliptical
- Thurs - Yoga X
- Fri - Legs & Back, Ab Ripper X
- Sat - Kenpo X, and
2 mile jogSKIPPED, 30 mins elliptical - Sun - REST! c:
I didn’t skip Monday. I was going to start p90X that day but then I was sick and called off work (where I use the gym for the treadmill and elliptical) so I rested all day. I was going to put off starting until the following week but then I figured that would just turn into me procrastinating week after week because I was obsessing over how I MUST START ON A MONDAY. Better to miss one day than one whole week, so onward I will continue~
